Quorum Extends Energy Business Management Across the Microsoft Office Ecosystem
HOUSTON, TX – June 21, 2016 – Quorum, a leading provider of software for hydrocarbon and energy business management, today announced the release of add-ins that extend Quorum technology across the Microsoft Office ecosystem. Created for myQuorum™, a persona-based user experience platform for the energy industry, new Quorum add-ins for Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook increase employee productivity by enabling oil and gas professionals to access Quorum data within Microsoft Office. The first two add-ins are designed for use with myQuorum Pipeline Management, and are available now through Quorum.
myQuorum simplifies complex business processes with preconfigured personas that improve efficiency, increase productivity and decrease training costs by bringing disparate workflows and systems together into one cross-functional experience for the user. Through built-in automation, myQuorum personas streamline work based on employee roles and responsibilities, prompting employees to take action using intuitive dashboards that deliver real-time information and alerts. myQuorum is powered by Qmposer, a user experience engine that aggregates dynamic workflows, business intelligence, reporting, and data from Quorum and non-Quorum applications and surfaces it in a responsive, persona-based UX that runs on multiple devices and supports established UI technologies and standards.
